Friday links

Saguaro Hotel, Palm Springs - November 2012

Happy American Thanksgiving to my US readers and Happy Friday for everyone else. I'm still digesting all of the learning and experiences that I had while at Camp Mighty last weekend. You can see my recaps here. Any time spent out of your day-to-day routine is good - I find I get more focused on what REALLY matters. More on that in the weeks to come.

Let's get down to my arts & leisure links for you today.

The art world has a demographic problem.

Why DO filmmakers make film?

More fun from a fellow Camp Mighty attendee, Amy Anderson:

I'll be watching this. 'Cause I love docs and I love history.

And if you haven't read it - the best written bad review of the WORST restaurant.

Gangnam style papercraft. Really!

As if we needed yet another reason to love Denmark!

The man was in Toronto for business and true to form, he squeezed in a few hours at the 007 Design exhibit. It's on til January 20th so if you can, GO. This weekend? An arty fundraiser but mostly hanging out with the girl and the man. Love the weekends. Oh, I have to catch up on my street photography homework too. And the girl has requested some purple and yellow knitting to add to our yarnbombed tree in the boulevard.

How about you?
